Is OOMPH Australian Made and Owned?

Yes! Oomph is an Australian made and owned cleaning brand with our range manufactured in our Sydney facilities, employing over 800 Australians.

Do you only sell in Bulk sizes?
A:

We have our domestic sizes coming soon! If you wish to enquire about bulk orders of smaller household sizes please contact our customer service team at hello@oomphclean.com.au.

Credit card or Purchase Order.

How much does delivery cost?
A:

For orders over $250, delivery is free!
Otherwise, for orders under $250 a flat rate of $15 is added at checkout for delivery.

How long does delivery take?
A:

We deliver on the same day across certain Sydney and Melbourne metro areas, for orders made prior to 12pm Monday – Friday. See delivery details for more details.

All orders placed in other areas prior to 12pm, will be picked and packed for despatch on the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm in all areas will be picked and packed for despatch on the next day.

All references to time are to local time in the State in which the order is placed.

How can I track my order?
A:

Once an order has been picked and packed, you’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has left the warehouse. For same day deliveries you’ll receive a live tracking link to track your order in real time.

Q:
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
A:

During the COVID-19 pandemic all deliveries will be delivered contact free. No signature will be required during this time.

Q:
How long do OOMPH products last?
A:

The shelf life of all our OOMPH products is 2 years from date of manufacture.

Q:
Do I have to have a business to order bulk products?
A:

No ABN is required, simply shop the range you’re after and checkout.
